When DARZ will transfer Personal Information of individuals located in the European Union to anywhere outside of the EU, it will make sure that (i) there is a level of protection of such information deemed adequate by the European Commission; or (ii) that the relevant Model Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EU) are in place in relation to such data export activity.
