We at DARZ (“we”, “us”) care deeply about privacy, security, and online safety, and we take all reasonable actions to protect users of our services (“you”, “your”) from the risks of theft, disruption, and unauthorized access to their information and activities. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is designed to inform you about how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we obtain from individuals through our website and services (collectively, the “Services").

We collect information directly from you, as well as automatically through your use of our Services.

Information provided by users: typically the information we collect directly from users is their contact details, payment or billing data, and relationship information such as the content of customer service requests that you initiate. You control the information you share with us. Naturally, not sharing required information may limit your ability to engage in certain activities.

Information Collected Automatically: When you use or interact with our website and Services, we may receive and store information generated by your activity, like Usage Data, and other information automatically collected during your use of our Services. We also may log certain general statistical data regarding use of the Services. We may assign you one or more unique identifiers to help keep track of your future visits.

(i) How to control your communications preferences:  You can stop receiving communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications.  We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. You may not opt out of service-related communications (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

7. How We Store and Protect Your Information

(i) Data Location: The data we collect may be maintained, processed and stored by us and our authorized Service Providers (defined below) in multiple locations, including in the United States of America, Israel and other jurisdictions, as reasonably necessary for the proper performance and delivery of our service, or as may be required by law.

While privacy laws may vary between jurisdictions, DARZ is committed to protect all data processed by it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and customary industry standards, regardless of any lesser legal requirements that may apply in their jurisdiction.

(ii) General compliance. When DARZ will transfer Personal Information of individuals located in the European Union to anywhere outside of the EU, it will make sure that (i) there is a level of protection of such information deemed adequate by the European Commission; or (ii) that the relevant Model Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EU) are in place in relation to such data export activity. (iii) Data Protection in Israel: DARZ SYS Ltd. is headquartered in Israel, a jurisdiction which is considered by the European Commission to be offering an adequate level of protection for the Personal Data of EU Member State residents.

(iv) Keeping your information safe:  We care about the security of your information and use commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through our Website.  However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.  In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect the changes in our business and practices, and so you should review this page periodically.  Future changes will not affect data that was collected under a previous version of this policy. If you object to any changes, you may close your account. Continuing to use our Service after we publish changes to this Privacy Policy means that you are consenting to the changes.

Your use of any of our Services, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use and all of its general provisions including disclaimer of warranty, limitation of liability and indemnity.

This Privacy Policy, its interpretation, and any claims and disputes related hereto, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the State of Israel without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by, a court of competent jurisdiction located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
